Our covers are made of the highest quality materials available and will give your frame the look, comfort, and utility it deserves. The Como model features a saturated blue high-performance acrylic fabric. While we love the look and feel of the original cotton covers, the 100% solution-dyed acrylic canvas provides superior colors options, fade resistance, water and dirt repellency, and mold/mildew resistance bringing the chair to it’s full potential for either indoor or outdoor use. This cover is designed to be installed with the original springs included with these chairs. Replacement springs are available separately. Installation instructions are available here.
Each cover is hand made in Frisco, TX and features:
Heat treated fabric edges to prevent fraying.
Stainless steel wire rope is used to reinforce the grommets with high-end sleeves to ensure each cable will hold up for years of use and not damage the fabric.
Pattern contouring helps to reduces “waviness” seen on some chairs where the legs meet the frame and provides more equal tension in this area.
Nickel-plated brass grommets are hand set and tightly fitted to prevent tearing under tension.
18oz marine-grade vinyl is used to reinforce the fabric supporting the grommets.
Color matched, heavy-duty bonded polyester thread is used to withstand harsh outdoor climates.
Meticulously sewn using a walking foot industrial machine to ensure proper stitch length, tension, and polished look.
