Armwa

Description

Sometimes the Barwa is perfect without armrests. Other times, it just feels better to have place to naturally rest your arms. The Armwa gives you both. Once installed, simply lift the Armwa to experience the chair as it was originally conceived (and to make it easier to get in and out of the chair!), or pull it down to have a sleek arm rest that compliments the design of the chair.

We 3D print these using high quality PETG filament. If your chair has lots of direct sunlight, we recommend going with white as it stays significantly cooler compared to black.

Each piece is hand bent and polished. Given the nature of working with raw aluminum, it is normal for a small amount of imperfections and tooling marks to be present. Please understand that we do our best to limit these and we’re confident you’ll be happy with the results. Read more about the development here.

Please also understand that this accessory will add a slight amount of weight in the back of the chair and may cause the chair to recline when empty. I believe most people won’t mind this; however, one simple option to restore the balance to your chair is to add a slide pillow to the foot.
